Certified Michigan Assessing Offices can access online continuing educational programs through this site.  Questions regarding this site and particularly password reset requests, can be directed to the State Tax Commission via email at State-Tax-Commission@michigan.gov

You must complete all of the course requirements in order to receive your certificate of completion.  It is your responsibility to log your continuing education hours into the CERTS system and upload your certificate of completion. That is the only way you will receive credit for the course.  Make sure you upload your correct certificate under the correct course.  These will be audited.  

Each course that is completed will provide an assessor with 4 hours of continuing education credit.  The Key Topics Course for 2020 will be available after the beginning of January 2020.
